Logging InOn the websites home page, enter your logon username and password. Then click on “Log in” button. 
Within a few seconds your name will appear above the Logout button. Before exiting the website, click on the "Log out" button Before Uploading Your Photos to the GalleryEdit your images to a size appropriate for the web. Use a photo editing software package.(i.e. Photoshop, paint shop pro, etc...) Make sure the "Constrain Proportions" is ticked. Using Photoshop, click on Image and Image Size 
From the menu that appears, apply the setting recommended. 
Click OK. Save the image as a JPG or JPEG to a folder on your computer. (do not save the image using any other file type) Uploading your photos to the gallery Once you have logged in click on the link Gallery This will take you to the members gallery where existing galleries will be displayed. At this stage you will not see your album, click on the link “your album” 
Your album will appear blank 
Use the drop down list to modify your album, drop the list down and select “Edit Album” 
Within a few seconds the screen will change displaying your album Under the "Options" menu click on “Add Items” to add your image to your album
The window will change again giving you the option to browse for your image saved on your computer. You can also add a caption describing your photograph. Note: Two images can be added at the same time. Click on "Add" to submit the images to your gallery. This process can take anything from a few seconds to a few minutes depending on the size of your image and your internet connection speed. The screen will change displaying “Upload Complete” giving you the option to add more items. If you have completed the steps correctly you will have successfully added images to your gallery. 
You can at any stage modify your album and/or uploaded photographs using the "Options Menu" to Add and Delete items from your gallery. To do this, you must be logged in to your account, go the gallery and using the drop down list below your gallery thumbnail select "Edit Album".
